Who we are
MASS LLC ("MASS", "we", "us", or "our") is a software development and AI automation agency incorporated in Virginia, United States. Our registered address is Launders St, Herndon, VA 20171, United States.
This data is submitted to Web3Forms and delivered to our business email. We use it solely to respond to your inquiry.
Analytics
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect anonymised usage data: pages visited, time on site, general geographic region (country/city level), device type, and referral source. GA4 does not collect personally identifiable information unless you provide it. IP addresses are anonymised before storage.
If you decline cookies, GA4 does not load and no analytics data is collected about your visit.

mass_cookie_consent — stores your cookie preference (accept/decline). Expires after 1 year. No personal data.

Server logs
Our hosting provider (Hostinger) automatically logs standard server access data including IP addresses, browser type, and requested URLs. These logs are retained for 30 days and used only for security and performance monitoring.

Who we share data with
Web3Forms — contact form processor. Your form submission is transmitted to their servers to deliver it to our email. Web3Forms Privacy Policy.
Google LLC — analytics (with consent). Data may be processed in the United States. Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Google Privacy Policy.
Hostinger — web hosting. Server logs processed in their infrastructure. Hostinger Privacy Policy.
How long we keep your data
Contact form submissions — retained in email for up to 3 years for business continuity, then deleted.
Analytics data — retained by Google for 14 months (our GA4 retention setting).
Server logs — 30 days, then automatically purged by host.
Cookie preferences — stored locally in your browser for 1 year.

International data transfers
We are based in the United States. If you access our site from the EU/EEA or UK, your data may be transferred to and processed in the US. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework for transfers to Google and other US-based processors.
Children's privacy
Our website is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a child, contact us immediately at contact@mass.llc.
