Vijay Aesthetics operated two premium aesthetic medicine clinics serving a diverse patient base across different cultural communities. Their existing website was outdated, didn't support booking online (patients had to call), and didn't reflect the clinic's premium positioning. A significant portion of their patient base preferred consulting in languages other than English, and their website had no multilingual capability.
Key business goals: move bookings online to reduce front desk burden, present the clinic credibly to new patients considering high-value aesthetic treatments, and make the before/after results gallery — one of their strongest conversion tools — properly showcased and easily updated by the clinic team.
A fully custom website built on Next.js with a headless CMS backend for easy content management by clinic staff. Treatment pages with detailed descriptions, procedure FAQs, and pricing structures. The before/after gallery system allows clinic administrators to upload, tag by treatment type, and manage results photos directly from a CMS — no developer needed for updates.
Online booking integrated with their existing Calendly setup, with treatment type routing to the appropriate practitioner. Full multilingual support: English, Hindi, and Tamil — language toggle persists across sessions, all content managed per-language in the CMS.
Design direction: warm, premium, trust-forward. Clinical credibility without clinical coldness. Photography-led layout with generous whitespace, high contrast typography, and gentle transitions. Built for patients making high-consideration decisions who need to feel confident in the quality of care before they pick up the phone.
Online bookings increased 3x in the 90 days post-launch versus the same period prior. Reception call volume for bookings dropped 58%, freeing front desk staff for in-clinic patient experience. The before/after gallery generated the highest engagement of any page — average session time on that page over 4 minutes. Clinic team manages all content updates independently, zero developer dependency for ongoing operations.
